Who we are

My P&P is an app and website for Pitch & Putt players. The full identity of the data controller (legal name, tax ID and address) will be published on this page as soon as it is available. Until then, you can exercise your rights through the app.

Data we process in the app

Account: email and password authentication (Firebase Authentication). We do not offer Google, Apple or phone sign-in.

Profile: name, surname, nickname, manual HCP, country, language, golf bag and other fields you fill in.

Rounds and holes: scores, putts, GIR, penalties, playing conditions and the course you played.

New-course requests (courseRequests) if you suggest one.

Gamification / medals on your profile.

We do not use Firebase Storage for avatars or photos: uploads are closed.

Data on the public website

The course catalogue (courses and holes) is publicly readable without login.

The website may store necessary language and consent cookies. Web analytics do not run without consent and, today, no web tracker is implemented.

Processors

The backend is Google Firebase (project pitch-and-putt-app): Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions. The mobile app may also use Firebase Analytics.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account exists. You can delete the account in the app: you re-enter your password and deleteMyAccount runs, removing rounds, profile, course requests and the Auth account. It does not touch Storage (nothing is uploaded there).

Rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data in the app, and request deletion as explained at /account-deletion.
